GMS Tip of the Week - February 5, 2018

Did you know?

A supervisory organization cannot be closed if there are any active workers or vacant open positions.

What SHOULD you do?

If you need to inactive a supervisory org, please make sure that there are no active workers or vacant positions in the supervisory org prior to submitting the change request form to the GMS Core Team at

To check if there are active workers, navigate to the supervisory organizations 'Members' tab. To check if there are vacant positions, navigate to the supervisory orgs' 'Staffing' tab. Any active workers must be moved or terminated and any vacant positions must be moved or closed before the supervisory organization can be inactivated in GMS.
