Did you know?
Before a candidate is moved to the Offer step the Primary Recruiter should confirm:
- That the candidate is not a duplicate and;
- That the candidate applied using the correct career website
Primary Recruiters can confirm this by viewing the candidate grid:
What should you do?
If the candidate is flagged as a potential duplicate submit a helpdesk ticket to email@example.com with the candidate ID and related Job Requisition. The support team will review the candidate and potential duplicates and take appropriate action.
If an internal candidate applied through the external website (they will appear as External in the grid) the Primary Recruiter should disposition out the candidate using the Internal Applicant Applied Externally disposition reason. The Primary Recruiter can then ask the candidate to apply through the Career worklet in GMS.
