Impacted Roles: Financial Reviewer, Cost Center Manager, GU-Senior Business Manager, GU-Finance CFO
Expense reports submitted by Financial Reviewer will have at least one approver. Expense reports reviewed by a Financial Reviewer will have at least one approver.
FIN190401.03 - Enhancement to GU Last Grant ID Used report
Impacted Roles: Pre-Award Offices
Members of the Pre-Award offices that assign the Grant ID and create the Grant now have an enhanced report which removes GR prefixes no longer in use, adds the campus, instructions and indicates the *next* number to be used. These enhancements will assist members of the Pre-Award offices to easily identify the next grant ID to be used for the particular campus.
