HCM190408.01 - Daily Examen Alert
Impacted Roles: Employee as Self
Email alert will now be sent to Administrative and AAP new hires 14 days after their hire date related to the Daily Examen from Department of HR. Temporary employees, Contingent Workers and employees in Qatar are excluded from receiving this alert.
HCM190408.02 - Leave of Absence Analysis Report
Impacted Roles: HR Executive, Academic HR Partner
New report "GU Leave of Absence Analysis" available in GMS. Outputs number of leave requests in a date range by Campus, Job Family Group and Leave Type.
HCM190408.03 - New HCM Role - Performance Management Analyst
The Performance Management Analyst provides support to an Executive Leader at the top of the supervisory hierarchy of a large organizational unit. The individual in this role is responsible for the administrative management (i.e., tracking and reporting) of the Performance Management process for all subordinate organizational units. This role is assigned to one individual within the organization.
