What’s New in GMS – March 18, 2019

Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of March 18, 2019.

HCM Update

HCM190318.01 – Recruiting Hub Default Card

Impacted Roles: Primary Recruiter

The Recruiting Hub overview section has a new default card that displays “My Inbox Items”. This shows Primary Recruiters recruiting tasks that are in their inbox, and allows for easy access to the task. This section is configurable by Primary Recruiters by clicking on the “+Add Card” button.

Financials Update

FIN190318.01 – International Airport Cities for Expense Reports

Impacted Roles: Employee as Self, Contingent Worker as Self, Expense Preparer

International airports now have cities loaded and mapped to them. This means when you select an international airport as your destination in an Expense Report, then it will automatically populate the related city.

FIN190318.02- NEW REPORT: GU Find Supplier Invoice Requests For Organization

Impacted Roles: Cost Center Manager, GU Cost Center Buyer, GU Financial Reviewer, GU Senior Business Manager

A new report called GU Find Supplier Invoice Requests for Organization is available to you. This report will allow you to view supplier invoice requests submitted for the organizations you support in one of the following capacities:

Cost Center Manager
GU Cost Center Buyer
GU Financial Reviewer
GU Senior Business Manager
