The Georgetown Management System (GMS) will be unavailable from Friday, September 9, 2022 at 9 p.m. EDT to Saturday, September 10, 2002 at 5 p.m. EDT,  in order to implement Workday’s semi-annual system update. The outage will be limited to GMS and does not impact the Georgetown network. The only impact for Georgetown employees will be a temporary inability to access GMS during this outage period. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and will post progress updates to the GMS website.

This Workday update will deliver several enhancements to GMS. For more details about these changes, please review the Employee Quick Reference Guide.

8/17 UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. Thanks for your patience and for any inconvenience.

CDWG’s eProcurement supplier link through the Georgetown Management System (GMS) will be unavailable between 5:00AM to 7:00PM on Sunday, Aug 14, 2022. This downtime is necessary for CDWG to perform a scheduled maintenance activity. We apologize for any inconvenience and will post an update as soon as the link is available.

We are aware of an issue affecting time punches on the Kronos clocks not properly syncing to timesheets in GMS. We are actively working on the issue and resolution and will provide an update once we have one. Sorry for any inconvenience.

4/22 UPDATE: This issue has been resolved by Workday. Thanks for your patience and for any inconvenience.

Dear Colleagues,

Workday is aware of an issue where the ‘Supplier Invoice Status’ may present incorrectly as ‘Draft’ on delivered and custom reports. Workday has identified the root cause and are targeting Production tenants in the 4/22/2022 Weekly Service Update.
