4/22 UPDATE: This issue has been resolved by Workday. Thanks for your patience and for any inconvenience.

Dear Colleagues,

Workday is aware of an issue where the ‘Supplier Invoice Status’ may present incorrectly as ‘Draft’ on delivered and custom reports. Workday has identified the root cause and are targeting Production tenants in the 4/22/2022 Weekly Service Update.
