Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of February 18, 2019.  

HCM Update

190218.01 – Updates to two Time Tracking Reports

Impacted Roles: TT – Hours Not Approved – HR Contact, Manager, Payroll Auditor, Payroll Partner, Payroll Services Team, Timekeeper; TT – Reported Hours Not Submitted by Week – Academic HR Partner, CFO, Dean’s Office Reviewer, Dean’s Office Viewer, Department Administrator, Employment and Recruitment Specialist, Faculty Reviewer, Finance Partner, Finance Reporting, HR Auditor, HR Contact, Manager, Payroll Partner, Payroll Services Team, Employment Reviewer, Timekeeper, University HR Partner

The TT – Hours Not Approved report has been updated to include Pay Group as a column and a new sort order.

The TT – Reported Hours Not Submitted by Week report has been updated to include Pay Group as a column and a new sort order.


190218.02 – Update to GU Expiring Exempt Tax Elections Report

Impacted Roles: Payroll Partner

The GU Expiring Exempt Tax Elections report now includes worker email address and is shared with the Payroll Partner role.
