Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of September 24, 2018.  

HCM Update

HCM180924.01 – Internal Career Site Now Sorted by Date

Impacted Roles: All Employees

The Jobs at Georgetown report is now sorted by date, so the newest posting displays at the top of the report. Previously, the new postings were listed at the bottom of the report making them hard to locate.

HCM180924.02 – New inbox filters are available for HR Client Service Partners

Impacted Roles: HR Client Services Partner

New filters have been created for HR Client Services Partners to identify transactions by campus.  These filters should work for any business process type:

– HR Client Service Partner – Law Center
– HR Client Service Partner – Medical Center
– HR Client Service Partner – Main Campus
– HR Client Service Partner – University Services

HCM180924.03 – Candidate Home Account Merging

Impacted Roles: Primary Recruiter

Core Team is now able to merge candidate records with different home accounts (email addresses). Please email the Core Team at help@georgetown.edu if you notice a duplicate candidate record.
