What’s New in GMS – May 7, 2018

Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of May 7, 2018.

HCM Update

HCM180507.01 – Retro New Hire Analysis Report Update

Impacted Roles: Academic HR Partner, CFO, Finance Partner, GU-HR Institutional Reporting, HR Contact, HR Executive

The Retro New Hire Analysis report has been updated to include additional columns that provide Prior Year retro and proactive hire statistics for the same period as the Current Year. In addition to this change, the report has also been shared with Academic HR Partner.

Finance update

FIN180507.01 – New Schedule Templates Available

Impacted Roles: Customer Contract Specialist

Billing Schedule and Revenue Schedule Templates have been added. These templates can be used during Customer Contract set up to speed contract setup. The respective schedules will be automatically created, installments generated, and schedule submitted for approval as soon as the contract approval is complete. If schedule template does not yet exist for the type of schedule that you need, please submit a help desk ticket to request it.
