  • Hourly Plan(s)
    • 1199 Union Hourly Plan
    • Allied Security Hourly Plan
    • Georgetown Hourly Plan
  • Allowance Plan(s)
    • 1199 Shift Differential
    • Allied Security Shift Differential
    • Lead Pay Shift Differential
  • Merit Plan(s)
    • Academic Merit Plan
    • Administrative Merit Plan
    • Fellow Post Doc Merit Plan

HCM170626.02 – As a result of the HR Contact (HRC) Consolidation project, the (Campus) Department Administrator role(s) roles have been granted the following additional access:

  • VIEW pay results and pay slips
  • VIEW employee contact information
  • VIEW worker documents (except I-9)

This additional access is meant to ensure that users continue to have access to data required to perform the duties of their role. If you have one of these roles please note that these rights grant you access to confidential worker information. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the Department of Human Resources via email at universityhumanresources@georgetown.edu or by telephone at (202) 687-2500.

HCM170626.03 – As a result of the HR Contact (HRC) Consolidation project, the Finance Partner role has been granted the following additional access:

  • VIEW pay results and pay slips
  • VIEW employee contact information

This additional access is meant to ensure that users continue to have access to data required to perform the duties of their role. If you have one of these roles please note that these rights grant you access to confidential worker information. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the Department of Human Resources via email at universityhumanresources@georgetown.edu or by telephone at (202) 687-2500.

HCM170626.04 – As a result of the HR Contact (HRC) Consolidation project, the Student Employment Reviewer (SER) role has been updated to allow the completion of the Assign Pay Group step on the Add Additional Job business process.  Previously this step could only be completed by the HRC role which meant the SER could not complete the transaction without intervention by the HRC.

HCM170626.05 – An updated version of the New Hire Calendar was posted on 6/22/17. The update includes a corrected pay date for the biweekly pay period of 12/4/17-12/17/17 and monthly pay period of 12/1/17-12/31/17 from 12/22/17 to 12/21/17. This is due to the fact that the university will be closed on 12/22/17 in observance of Christmas Eve.
