Did you know?
There are times when users need to identify the support roles for a position in order to perform certain transactions. This is especially common when dealing with student positions and Add Job, End Job or Change Job transactions. This information is public and available in GMS.
What SHOULD you do?
The support roles for a worker can be identified by navigating to their supervisory organization.
From the supervisory organization the related organizations and additional positions within the organization can be identified as well as the support roles for the supervisory organization.
