What’s New in GMS – September 16, 2019

Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of September 16, 2019.  

HCM Updates

HCM190916.01 – Ability to Reapply to Hoya Staffing Evergreen Job Requisition

Impacted Roles:  Hoya HR Contact

Terminated Hoya Staffing Employees can now re-apply to the Hoya Staffing Evergreen Job Requisition.


HCM190916.02 – Contact Change Sub-Process

Impacted Roles:  Employee as Self

The Complete State and Local Withholding Elections sub-process of the Contact Change Business Process will now only initiate if the Alternate Work location changes states. Previously this would initiate regardless of if the state has changed or not.


HCM190916.03 – Goal Setting for Advancement

Impacted Roles: Employee as Self

Advancement Workers now have the ability to Manage Goals in GMS.
