Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of February 5, 2018.  

HCM Updates

HCM180205.01 – Employee Self Service for State and Local Tax Withholdings

Impacted Roles: Employee as Self

Effective February 1, 2018, employees can now complete state and local tax elections in GMS.  Paper forms no longer need to be submitted to Payroll Services.  For detailed instructions, please refer to the Employee Self Service Quick Reference Guide.

Finance Updates

FIN180205.01 – Purchase Order and Change Order Approval Process Updates

Impacted Roles: GU Capital Project Director

The IT Capital Projects Director has been added as an approver to the PO and Change Order Business Processes.
