Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of January 14, 2019.  

HCM Update

HCM190114.01 – Time Entry Validations

Impacted Roles: Employee as Self, Timekeeper, Manager

The three time entry validations listed below have been updated to include:

Reported > 24 Hours in a Day (error)
Reported > 16 Hours in a Day (warning)
Regular Hours > 40 in two positions (warning)

Users will receive an error or warning message when the validations are triggered.
