What’s New in GMS – January 15, 2018

Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of January 15, 2018.

HCM Updates

HCM180115.01 – Undo Move from Hire

The GMS Core Team now has the ability to move candidates from the Ready for Hire stage of Recruiting back to their previous stage. If you have a Candidate in a pending Hire or Change Job that needs to be moved back to the recruiting process, please contact the GMS Core Team via help@georgetown.edu and do NOT cancel the pending Hire or Change Job. If the pending business process is canceled, the Core Team cannot move them back to their previous step and a new job application will need to be created.

Finance Updates

FIN180115.01 – GU Find Supplier report

GU Find Supplier report has been updated to include the following prompts:

a) Supplier Amended?
b) Last Updated From
c) Last Updated To

The Supplier Amended prompt returns data for any Supplier that has been amended that include changes to an of the Supplier details except Payment.
