Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of July 30, 2018.  

HCM Update

HCM180730.01 – Budget Check Update

Impacted Roles: GU-Budget Analyst HCM, GU-Senior Business Manager, CFO, Finance Partner

The following two bugs have been resolved for the recently implemented Budget Check To Dos:

• Business processes for workers in Job Management would incorrectly trigger a To Do for some business processes
• The Close Job Requisition and Termination business processes would incorrectly trigger a To Do
