Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of June 11, 2018.

Finance Update

FIN180611.01 – New Customer Receivable report

Impacted Roles: Customer Contract Specialist, Senior Business Manager, GU-Finance CFO, GU-Accounts Receivable Manager, Controller, GU-University Treasurer, GU-Finance Institutional Reporting

A new report is available – GU Customer Receivable Aging Dashboard (Other AR).

FIN180611.02 – Customer Contract Report Updates

Impacted Roles: Customer Contract Specialist, Senior Business Manager, GU-Finance CFO, GU-Accounts Receivable Manager, Controller, GU-University Treasurer, GU-Finance Institutional Reporting

Some existing Customer Contract related report names have been changed for clarity and consistency.

GU Customer Payments Requiring Action – Other AR report has been renamed GU Customer Payments Requiring Action (Other AR)
GU Customer Receivables Aging Summary (Other AR) report has been renamed GU Customer Receivable Aging Detail (Other AR)
GU Find Customer Invoice Lines – Other AR report has been renamed GU Find Customer Invoice Lines (Other AR)
GU Find Billing Schedules – Other AR has been renamed GU Find Billing Schedules (Other AR)
