What’s New in GMS – March 11, 2019

Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of March 11, 2019.
Workday updates
WD190311.01 – Workday 32 is now live in GMS!
Impacted Roles: All Users
With this update, Workday provides several enhancements in regards to the look and feel of the system, including:
- A new Recruiting Hub for Primary Recruiters that improves Job Requisition navigation
- An updated user interface for Expense report with line level save
- Improved privacy protection of personal data with national ID masking
- Workday will be retiring the Inbox Worklet from the Home Page
- Multi-tabbed Dashboards
- Ability to copy Award Lines within an Award

HCM Update
HCM190311.01 – GU Position Restrictions Details Renamed
Impacted Roles: Academic HR Partner, Campus Department Administrator, CFO, Compensation Analyst, Department Administrator, Employment and Recruitment Specialist, Finance Partner, GU-Campus Budget Analyst, GU-HR Institutional Reporting, HR Contact, HR Executive, IDEAA Administrator, Institutional Reporting
The GU Position Restrictions Details report is now called GU Roster Data Management – Worker & Position Details in order to provide a more accurate description of the report’s intended use. This report returns Position and Worker details for all positions (Position Management and Job Management) within an organization including filled and unfilled positions along with the position vacate date. The report also includes compensation details for related Job Requisitions, Position Budgets, Default Compensation, and Worker Compensation as well as Costing Allocation details for filled positions.
