Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of November 6, 2017.  

HCM Updates

HCM171106.01 – New GU Academic Faculty – Time in Rank Report

The new GU Academic Faculty – Time in Rank report has replaced the Academic Faculty – Time in Rank report.  This new report gives more employee detail, allows users to prompt by Academic Unit and Subordinates, and allows users to search for active employees only.
