Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of March 8, 2021.

GMS Updates

GMS210308.01 Georgetown Global Health (Phase 2)

GMS enhancements for in-country Georgetown Global Health field operations are live, including custom roles and approval workflows across procurement, expenses, and HR.

HCM Updates

HCM210308.01 – FY21 Annual Performance Review

Annual Performance Reviews launched on 3/8. Any questions should be directed to the Department of HR (new window).

Financial Updates

FIN210308.01 – Additional Costing Reports

Impacted Roles: GU-Grant Manager, GU-Cost Center Award Analyst, GU-Pre-Award Specialist, GU-Post-Award Specialist, GU-Post-Award Manager

FIN210308.02 – Supplier Contract Amendments for Leases

Impacted Roles: GU-Cost Center Buyer

The Create Lease Amendment task is now available for lease-type supplier contracts. Cost Center Buyers may select one of two lease amendment types, Lease Extension, or Lease Non-CPI Payment Change. Payment amounts based on the Consumer Price Index are currently not supported. If one of the two lease amendment types does not meet the amendment requirements, then the original supplier contract should be canceled and a new supplier contract for the amendment should be initiated.
