HCM Update

HCM190211.01 – Updates to My Job Requisitions Report

Impacted Roles: Academic HR Partner, CFO, Department Administrator, Employment and Recruitment Specialist, GU-Budget Analyst HCM, GU-Campus Budget Officer, GU-HR Institutional Reporting, GU-Senior Business Manager, HR Contact, IDEAA Administrator, Manager, Primary Recruiter

Following updates made to My Job Requisitions report:

  • New Fields Added
    • Job Family Group
    • Job Family
    • Campus of Supervisory Organization
  • New Prompt Filter Added
    • Job Family Group

HCM190211.02 – Pay Cycle Command Center

Impacted Roles: Payroll Management, Payroll Partner, Payroll Services Team

The Pay Cycle Command Center has been enabled in GMS.  The dashboard enables Payroll roles to quickly access information needed for each phase of a pay cycle, from preparation, to processing, to post-complete processing.

HCM190211.03 – GU Staffing Events Report

Impacted Roles: Institutional Reporting, Academic HR Partner

New report GU Staffing Events in Date Range has been created to show different Hire, Termination, and Change Job staffing events within a date range. Report contains worker information, position information, and information related to the transaction. The report has been shared with the Institutional Reporting, and Academic HR Partner roles.

Financials Update

FIN190211.01 – Updates to GU Lookup Award for Grant report
