What’s New in GMS – January 8, 2019

Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of January 8, 2019.  

Financials Update

FIN190107.01 – New Expense Items Available

Impacted Roles: Expense Preparer, Employee as Self

New Expense Items have been added to expense reporting for prepaid professional memberships, HR online services and documents, janitorial supplies, and library materials.

FIN190107.02 – Modified Customer Contract Routing

Impacted Roles: Customer Contract Specialist, GU Legal Approver, GU Global Services Approver

Per Legal approver, if Global Services has already approved contract language, legal approval is optional to be determined by Global Services.  This change has been incorporated into both the customer contract and customer contract amendment approval routing.
