What’s New in GMS – June 25, 2018

Please be aware of the following recent updates to GMS processes, job aids or reports as of June 25, 2018.  

HCM Update

HCM180625.01 – Mass Approve Inbox Filter

Impacted Roles: Finance Partner, CFO

Workday provided a fix in Friday night’s service update to address the error previously seen when trying to mass approve transactions using an inbox filter.  Users are now able to successfully mass approve transactions in their inbox.

HCM180625.02 – Hoya Staffing Transition to GMS

Impacted Roles: Manager, Finance Partner, CFO, HR Contact, Hoya HR Contact, Hoya Timekeeper

The Hoya Staffing implementation is complete in GMS. Training materials are posted on HR’s website.
