Workday is reporting a known error where attachments are not consistently able to be uploaded on initiation steps of business processes. Users select a file to attach, but it is not visible after uploading. After attempting to upload the attachment and submitting the step, users experience a page error and are unable to initiate the business process.

Workday is currently reviewing with high priority.

Workday is reporting a known error where delegates receive a stack trace error when creating expense reports for credit card transactions.  Employees can still create their own expense reports with credit card transactions. 

Workday is expecting to have a fix in place by Monday 9/29.

The Georgetown Management System (GMS) will be unavailable from Friday, September 19, 2025 at 9 p.m. EST to Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 5 p.m. EST,  in order to implement Workday’s semi-annual system update. The outage will be limited to GMS and does not impact the Georgetown network. The only impact for Georgetown employees will be a temporary inability to access GMS during this outage period. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and will post progress updates to the GMS website.

GMS will be unavailable for Paid Time Off (PTO) requests and approvals on Wednesday, June 25 due to system updates.

Any PTO requests that are not approved by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24 will need to be resubmitted on or after Thursday, June 26.
